Heatless absorption dryer
The compressed air coming out of the compressor contains a significant amount of water vapor particles, oil and other impurities. The presence of water particles in the air coming out of the compressor will cause oxidation, corrosion and damage to the equipment. Air drying steps
Absorbent materials reduce the dew point of compressed air to -25 degrees Celsius.
Two towers are filled with absorbent materials (desiccant) and alternately each tower performs drying and regeneration.
