Absorption dryer with heater (thermal)

In order to achieve extremely dry compressed air and prevent the loss of compressed air, it is necessary to use absorbent materials with high absorption capacity (high absorption activity at low moisture concentrations). In this way, there are options that can be chosen among absorbent materials, molecular resin and silica gel compared to available industrial absorbent materials.
The noteworthy point is that these materials work very well with the ability to absorb moisture and are equally resistant to moisture removal. Therefore, the best way to completely regenerate these materials is to use high temperature in the regeneration process so that these materials return to their normal state.
This process is carried out in absorption dryers with heaters by air suction through an independent blower (no need to use the compressed air of the package itself) and passing over a heater set so that the hot air resulting from this process passes over the absorbent material to It leads to the revival of these materials (complete drying). Then (Heater) is removed from the circuit and after the material is cooled, a small amount of dry air passes over the absorbent material so that this material is ready to enter the moisture absorption cycle.
